PREPARE TO BECOME A LEADER IN STEM
Incoming undergraduate students are invited to become a member of our yearly cohort of E3 Student Leaders, an initiative that is designed to equip students with the skills and resources they need to pursue a career in a STEM field. This program is a four-year support program intended to support incoming freshman students from underrepresented backgrounds planning to pursue a STEM degree. In addition to curated programming, Student Leaders will be eligible to receive financial incentives to help offset the costs of pursing an undergraduate degree. There is no application fee or additional costs for students participating in the E3SL program.
Through this initiative, students will have access to all advising and academic resources available on the Rutgers-Camden campus, plus additional resources and opportunities provided by E3 for support on their academic journey. Students who are preparing to apply to become an E3 Student Leader are invited to read this page and learn more about the steps necessary to become a member of a yearly E3 student cohort.
