E3 Leadership Academy (E3LA) – Faculty

E3 Leadership Academy (E3LA) – Faculty

The E3 Leadership Academy (E3LA) is a transformative initiative designed to empower our community to become leaders in inclusive education. With a focus on inclusive education, E3LA aims to equip faculty with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to foster an inclusive and equitable campus environment.

BECOME A LEADER IN
INCLUSIVE STEM EDUCATION

We are excited to announce the continuation of the E3 Leadership Academy (E3LA), an initiative consisting of a series of training sessions designed to promote inclusive instruction and accessible course design. E3LA is not just a workshop; it is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on our campus and beyond. Whether you are looking to enhance your teaching and instruction, mentorship, or administrative practices — particularly within STEM disciplines — through a lens of inclusivity and equity, the E3 Leadership Academy is for you.

This series of workshops will take place over the course of a week and will explore topics such as culturally responsive course design, identifying power & privilege, inclusive mentoring, and more. Faculty cohort members are expected to attend all five days of the E3 Leadership Academy, which focus on instruction, collaboration, application techniques, and project development.
