Opportunities for Faculty & Staff

Opportunities for Faculty and Staff

Building a campus community that serves as a beacon of inclusive and sustainable STEM education takes all of us. The onus for transforming STEM education at Rutgers-Camden starts with faculty and staff, equipped with the tools and resources to support our diverse student body.

BECOME A LEADER IN
INCLUSIVE STEM EDUCATION

Rutgers University-Camden has many existing resources and campus initiatives to aid in student success and improve equity and inclusivity in STEM education. The E3 Institute aims to build on these existing resources and initiatives to better execute our vision and carry out our mission to foster an inclusive and supportive STEM community. In order to transform STEM education on the Camden campus, E3 aims to partner with faculty and staff and provide continuing education opportunities to promote equity within the STEM community.

Ways to Get Involved

The E3 Institute is committed to providing professional development opportunities to faculty and staff to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to become champions for equitable STEM education. We are also committed to training faculty to be confident and competent mentors for STEM undergraduate students.
