Opportunities for Students
As with all Rutgers University-Camden offices and resources, students are at the heart of everything that we do. Holding to our mission to empower student and develop “student-ready” spaces, the E3-STEM Institute hopes to build and maintain a welcoming and inclusive STEM environment for all students.
POSITION YOURSELF TO PURSUE
A CAREER IN STEM
The E3-STEM Institute is committed to equipping students with the skills, resources, and confidence that they need to pursue a career in STEM. We aim to create institutional change, to benefit all students on the Rutgers-Camden campus, and more focused change, to support smaller cohorts of underrepresented students in STEM. By providing resources and initiatives to help STEM students become confident student-scientists, they will be well-positioned to lead change and create a long-lasting impact on the Rutgers-Camden campus and in their chosen STEM discipline.
Resources for STEM Support
The E3-STEM Institute is committed to empowering students from all backgrounds to become competent, confident, and compassionate leaders in STEM. Through mentorship, research opportunities, and leadership development, we hope to dismantle barriers that historically prevent underrepresented students from pursing a STEM education.
Prospective E3-STEM Student Leaders
Current Camden high school students can apply to be a part of our yearly cohort of E3-STEM student leaders, an initiative designed to provide focused mentoring and support to students interested in pursuing an education and career in STEM.
